The annual Oxford Cambridge Boat Race has been a fixture on the Thames since 1829, going properly annual in 1964 and after 2 year absence is returning back to London!

For many it’s an optimistic first event of the summer, as 250,000 line the banks of the river to cheer on the rowers. It’s always been a close-run thing - Cambridge have won the men's race 83 times and Oxford 80 times, with one dead heat. So it’s all to play for in 2022!
